Registered Veterinary Technologist

Sharon is a 2002 graduate of the Animal Heath Technologist program at NAIT. Having grown up on a farm Sharon has been caring for animals her whole life. She has had much experience with both large and small animal medicine. Before joining Currents Veterinary Centre she also spent 8 years working in small animal Emergency Veterinary Medicine. 

Since becoming a mom of 3 small children she has returned to work part time to help us out. She says that even though she misses being a full time technologist she feels very fortunate to still be able to help clients and care for animals whenever possible. Sharon and her family have a yellow Labrador retriever named Loki and 2 kittens Chester and Olive. She loves dog walking and heading out to her family farm whenever she can. She is very excited to be part of the Currents team and looks forward to getting to know you and caring for your pets.
